Service BDC Representative

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and talking with customers? We're looking for a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our service department by scheduling appointments, answering customer questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-up.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently.
• Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction.
