Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals

Service BDC Representative Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus
Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus
Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays
Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
