Service BDC Representative

Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is seeking a Service BDC Representative for our expanding business. As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring all service customers receive prompt responses to Internet and telephone inquiries. These efforts will primarily focus on assisting customers with scheduling service appointments and contacting customers with outstanding safety recalls and lapsed vehicle service. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments.
• Initiate outbound communication regarding service needs and available offers to establish service appointments
• Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate
• Identify and escalate priority issues

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills – comfortable making & taking phone calls as a main responsibility
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Demonstrated track record of stability and a strong desire to be successful
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
