Service BDC Representitive

The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for calling customers for their first service visits, inspections, and service reminders.  They are responsible for scheduling appointments for the customers and documenting the customers they have contacted, along with following up with customers that have missed their appointments. They will be responsible to give out updated information on customer vehicles.  Service BDC will be responsible for handling all incoming service appointment phone calls. We would love to have you on our team at St. Louis CDJR. 

Duties:

• Schedule service appointments by phone, in person, or via email
• Provide guests with vehicle status information when needed
• Respond to guest concerns via phone, in person, or email
• Answer, transfer, and provide information to incoming calls
• Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Call center experienced preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner.
• Typing and phone skills required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
