The Service Billing and Contract Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of Service Order Management operations for Onsite Service Repairs and Annual Maintenance Contracts. This role drives service excellence, quality & compliance, and continuous improvement to meet SLAs and elevate customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Director, Service Business Operations and is part of the North America Service & Support Organization located in Deer Park, IL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive accurate and timely review, approval, and invoicing Service Work Orders
• Review and approve basic Terms & Conditions change requests on Post Warranty Service Agreements
• Convert Service Agreement quotes into orders and provide monthly/annual invoices
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes that will result in higher levels of customer satisfaction

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant Order Management, Customer Service, or Service Contracting experience OR Associates Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; ERP Software such as SAP or ORACLE
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Using lean tools to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Diagnostics industry compliance regulations
• Familiarity with service contract terms and conditions

The hourly range for this role is $26.50 - $38.50. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
