We offer a generous sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for qualified applicants, and we value your experience, but it's not required – we're looking for motivated individuals with a proven track record.
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals. Experience in customer service or call center work is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus but not mandatory. Excellent computer skills. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Experience with CDK and XTime is a bonus!
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of working at a high pace in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Valid Driver's License is required.
