- Weekday evenings: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For
Ourisman Kia Chantilly is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to cover evening and Saturday shifts. If you have a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, high-volume dealership team.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
- Provide basic information and assist with general customer inquiries
- Process payments and calculate customer bills using the dealership computer system
- Prepare sales and service tickets for the accounting department
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and poise
- Support front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Requirements
- Ability to work the scheduled hours (3 PM–9 PM Monday- Friday evenings + Saturdays 8 AM–6 PM)
- Accounting/cashier background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
