Service Cashier / Receptionist

Moritz Kia - Hurst is seeking a friendly and efficient Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our team in Hurst, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing cashier duties and front desk operations. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the service area.
• Handle all cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and provide timely information to customers.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
• Coordinate with service advisors to streamline customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and payment processing systems.
