Come see why it's Better at Bettenhausen!Job ResponsibilitiesReceipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle salesAssist with scheduling and calling customers for service appointments Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelinesBalancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.Provide backup coverage for main reception deskOrganize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.Light liftingFull Time Position:Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pmJob Requirements:We are looking for some one who is a team player, dependable, and can provide exceptional customer service.Must have a positive attitudeMust provide exceptional customer servicePrevious cashier experience preferredPrevious Automotive experience preferredAccounting knowledge is a plus!Proficient computer skillsMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh School Diploma or equivalentBENEFITS:Health -Dental -VisionAccident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Cancer InsuranceLife Insurance -Short Term Disability401K PlanPTOEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramCollege while you work?
