Job Listing: Service Cashier/Receptionist

Join our expanding team at Hall Buick GMC as a Cashier/Receptionist! We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for managing phone inquiries, welcoming customers, and assisting with courtesy transportation vehicle. 

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions for parts and service customers.
• Maintain an accurate daily log of cash, credit, and checks.
• Manage "loaners" or courtesy transportation vehicles and assist customers with necessary documentation.
• Finalize repair orders after customer pickups.
• Scan and upload paperwork to the cloud.
• Reconcile credit and cash logs each morning.
• Answer incoming calls when the BDC agents are unavailable. 

Qualifications:

• Outstanding listening and communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Punctual and capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule.
• Professional appearance with a willingness to enhance your skills across all areas.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
