Doane University is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our Technology Services team as a Service Center Specialist II. This position serves as a key member of the Service Center, providing exceptional support to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while managing essential campus services.
Primary responsibilities for this role include mail services and print production operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional delivery of services across the university. In addition, the Service Center Specialist II serves as a frontline resource for customer support, information services, and technology-related assistance.
Because the Service Center is part of Technology Services, this position offers opportunities to learn about emerging technologies, develop technical skills, and collaborate with technology professionals who support the university's academic and administrative operations.

Requires an associate's degree plus experience in a customer service-focused information technology role. Equivalent work or military experience may substitute for the associate's degree.

Working Conditions
Primarily, normal business hours; however, evenings and weekends may be necessary to deal with emergencies. Travel between Doane campuses as necessary for service, projects, maintenance, etc.
