Service Clerk - Nalley Acura

The primary responsibility of the Service Clerk is to receive, organize and file, all customer document's for historical record keeping of the dealership.

File documents in the service and accounting departmentsMaintain all historical records for the dealership in an orderly fashionPull files as needed for Management, Warranty companies and/or ManufacturerMake copies for customers as requestedAssist in daily receipting of funds and depositsAssist customer with cashing outProcesses paperwork on a timely basisOperate office equipment and computer systems as neededStrong attention to detail is requiredEffective communication skills is a mustHigh level of honesty and integrityTeam-oriented and comfortable in an open officeUnderstand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasksMust be a minimum of 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
