Introduction
Are you an exceptional marketing copywriter passionate about the future of autonomous mobility? Our Communications team is looking for a versatile professional with strong marketing copywriting expertise to act as the direct partner and right-hand to our Senior Customer Communications Manager. As our company expands into new markets, you will play a critical role in supporting our external messaging ecosystem, adapting customer communications, and ensuring our brand voice scales flawlessly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience as a communications manager or marketing copywriter in the technology industry, supported by a background in brand marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, and/or public relations
- Peerless written and verbal communication skills with a proven portfolio of compelling customer-facing copy
- Proven ability to proactively track complex product and service development processes and develop clear customer messaging for feature updates
- Service-first, bridge-building collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments (Product, Ops, Support, Marketing)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects within tight deadlines
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience scaling communications for market expansions or new city launches
- Experience with Product Marketing in the technology industry
- Experience using AI tools to drive efficiencies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Produce clear, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy for a variety of customer-facing channels, collateral, and marketing initiatives
- Support and adapt customer communications strategies and localized messaging as the company rapidly expands its robotaxi service into new markets
- Proactively track product and service development across complex cross-functional processes, ensuring the Communications & Marketing team stays ahead of upcoming milestones and feature launches
