Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Service Concierge is the first smile of our customer’s journey and the steady bridge between guests and our team. This role blends hospitality, urgency, and sales performance: you’ll handle calls, texts, and check-ins with urgency, convert conversations into appointments, and support Advisors with warranty claims and declined service follow-ups. It’s designed for someone who wants to grow into a Service Advisor role — or an experienced industry professional who wants to stay connected to customers without the full pressure of an SA desk.
