Friendly Powersports is looking for a customer-focused Service Concierge to join our team in Slidell. This role is all about creating a great customer experience from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for service customers-making sure they feel taken care of, informed, and confident in the process.
Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in service customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Accurately document customer concerns and service needs
- Communicate service updates and timelines to customers
- Cash out completed service tickets and handle payments
- Answer incoming calls and assist with service-related questions
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Support the service team with day-to-day customer communication
- Other duties as assigned
