Job Title: Service Contract Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 7 Months Contract
Job Description:- Support the Service Contract Administration team by processing accurate and high-quality service scope requests.
- Work closely with Sales and internal teams to triage service scoping requests and support accurate deal closure.
- Manage the service scoping case queue, tracking communications, request status, and follow-up activities.
- Review, prioritize, and respond to service scope requests promptly according to policies and SLAs.
- Triage and escalate requests to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Generate and update service scoping documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Review case statuses and follow up on pending cases to ensure workflows are completed within required timelines.
- Draft detailed documents and verify that final documents accurately match opportunity products.
- Assist the manager with other functional initiatives and administrative activities as needed.
- Support the sales process by identifying opportunities and coordinating actions between customers and sales teams.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Work independently with limited supervision and identify opportunities for administrative and process improvements.
- Participate in new initiatives and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Background in client management, customer service, and operations preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in typing and Microsoft Word/computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and audiences.
- Willingness to participate in and provide feedback on new initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with limited guidance from a supervisor.
