Service Coordinator- $20/Hour + Monthly Bonuses

Are you friendly, organized, comfortable on the phone, and good at multitasking? We're looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team!

This is a customer-focused office position where you'll help customers schedule vehicle maintenance and service appointments through phone calls, texts, and email. You'll play an important role in keeping our Service Department organized while making sure customers receive a helpful, professional experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and help customers schedule service appointments
• Contact customers by phone and text about recommended maintenance, recalls, and upcoming service needs
• Assist customers with finding appointment times that work for their schedules
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our scheduling system
• Manage multiple programs and computer screens while speaking with customers
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Work with the Service Department and other coordinators to reach monthly appointment goals

• Confident handling a high volume of phone calls
• Comfortable sending professional text and email communication
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer programs
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Motivated by goals and performance bonuses
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Customer service, receptionist, scheduling, sales, call center, or similar experience is preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time daytime position with no nights or Sundays.

Typical shifts include:

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

If you work a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
