    Description

    The Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CFTSS and related mental health services by coordinating intakes, managing client services, and ensuring smooth communication between families, providers, and internal teams. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

    The ideal candidate is bright, energetic, and people oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while maintaining strong attention to detail.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate client intakes and onboarding processes

    • Manage scheduling and service coordination activities

    • Communicate with clients, families, and service providers

    • Track documentation and maintain accurate records

    • Ensure timely follow up and case coordination

    • Support day to day program operations and administrative tasks

    • Assist in maintaining compliance with program requirements


    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Quick learner with strong problem solving skills

    • Detail oriented and highly responsive

    • Energetic, motivated, and professional demeanor

    • Prior experience in healthcare, mental health, or social services preferred

    Salary: $25–$32/hour
