Service Coordinator

Position Overview:
This position will be based out of our Westminster, CO location.

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Service Coordinator to assess the service needs of our customers and appropriately direct services or resolve issues in real time. This role is integral to ensuring Photon Brothers' customers are receiving top-notch service care, as well as resolving Tier 1 issues over the phone or digitally (via email, chat, or text).

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact for our current and future customers reaching out with ongoing and new service inquiries.
• Diagnose what the issue is, troubleshoot with customer and manufacturer, and schedule a service visit if needed.
• Proactively review our customers' production in our monitoring portals and create cases for outstanding issues.
• Manage service cases from open to close for issues including monitoring failures, system failures, warranty issues, etc.
• Field calls from technicians while they are on site to provide remote assistance.
• Assist with equipment receiving and returning from manufacturers for warranty related items.
• Work with the Service team on growing the customer base from homeowners in need of assistance on their solar or electrical needs.
• Offer and sell customers options for add-ons, EV chargers, battery add-ons, and MPU upgrades as integral parts of our service offerings to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Tasks as assigned by the Service Manager or Director of Service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in the solar industry and general knowledge of residential and commercial solar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quality customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate and problem solve.
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter with effective multitasking.

Pay for this position is $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on seasonality and business needs.

This full-time role is eligible to participate in health (one plan is less than $35 per pay check!), dental, and vision insurance. Photon Brothers also offers a 401k with match, as well as company-sponsored life insurance and telehealth. Paid holidays and PTO are also offered with this position.
