Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Service Coordinator in Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Charlotte, NC 28269

Pay rate: $18-$19/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track rooftop unit (RTU) deliveries across multiple factory locations.
  • Verify and confirm shipping addresses to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account updates, and delivery information.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate communications between customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet established performance goals, service metrics, and call handling expectations.
  • Follow company policies, communication standards, and operational procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, manufacturing coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal communication, customer service, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
