Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, assist customers with service requests
• Schedule work orders & dispatch all service technicians
• Process all warranty part claims
• Schedule all final quality inspections after recent installations
• Support/assist all office staff members
• Manage customer database
• Various typing, filing, mail merges, bulk mail projects
• Additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Full-time availability- 40 hour work week
• 3+ years customer service & administrative experience
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) & able to learn other computer programs easily
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work independently & effectively in a team environment
• Detail oriented, hardworking & self-motivated
• Possess strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
• Experience in HVAC industry a plus!
