Service Coordinator / DispatcherLB Electric Inc. | Ottawa, ON | Full-Time, Permanent
Who We Are
LB Electric Inc. is one of Ottawa's most trusted electrical contractors, founded by the Lecompte brothers and built on a simple promise: do the highest quality work at a fair price. With over 6,000 jobs completed, an A+ BBB rating, and a reputation for same-day service and 24/7 emergency response, we're growing fast and we need the right person to help us scale.
We serve residential and commercial clients across Ottawa and surrounding areas, handling everything from panel upgrades and EV charger installations to solar, generators, and new construction wiring. Our team is tight-knit, skilled, and proud of what they build together.
The Role
This is the command centre of our service operation. As our Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you are the person who keeps everything moving. You manage the schedule, support our technicians in the field, communicate with customers, and make sure no job falls through the cracks.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing order to chaos, and take real pride in keeping things running smoothly, this is the role you've been looking for.

- Work with the service manager to finalize and send invoices
Operational Support
- Work inside Zoho FSM to manage workflow and job tracking
- Flag bottlenecks and bring solutions, not just problems
- Support purchasing coordination when needed
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills, with both customers and tradespeople
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination (trades environment is a strong asset)
- Comfortable working in CRM or field service management software, Zoho FSM experience is a bonus
- Sharp attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
The Right Fit
You don't need to know how to wire a panel. But you do need to understand the world our technicians operate in. You're the kind of person who plans ahead, communicates clearly, and doesn't wait to be asked twice. When things get busy (and they do), you get sharper, not scattered.
