Job Description

Service Coordinator - Oahu, Hawaii

Loyal Source is hiring a Service Coordinator to support our client in Oahu, Hawaii. This position will be coordinating with technicians with the electronic security system industry,

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians
  • Manage work orders and customer updates
  • Complete contract and QC paperwork
  • Order, receive, and distribute materials
  • Support inventory, reporting, and subcontractor scheduling
  • Serve as liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years administrative experience in a service or sales environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read basic technical documents
  • Must pass drug screening and verify work eligibility

Physical Demands

  • Regular sitting, standing, walking
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to drive for extended periods

Pay Rate: $23/hr
