We are currently seeking a "Service Coordinator" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Phoenix, AZ. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $30 - $32/Hr on W2
Location: Phoenix, AZ / Onsite

Job Description:
  • Coordinate end-to-end service requests including new installs, upgrades, relocations, and energization of electric service.
  • Interface directly with customers (phone and in-field) to assess needs, explain requirements, and move projects forward.
  • Act as liaison between Client teams, contractors, and customers to ensure alignment and timely completion.
  • Triage and vet incoming customer requests, routing work appropriately and supporting service coordination workflows.
  • Manage scheduling and prioritize multiple active requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings using an Client vehicle to support job site coordination.
 
Required Experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or construction environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Construction-related background required, utility exposure preferred.
  • Proven experience interacting with customers at job/installation sites.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize workload.
