The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Service Department's
daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
changes in processing methods received from all departments.
machines and equipment to apprise management & sales staff of equipment useage.

Position Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six
months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
This position does not require specific certifications or licenses.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-onone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other NWHS service employees in the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw
and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The work is typically performed inside an office, with a low to moderate noise level.
To perform the job, the employee is frequently required to talk and hear on the telephone
and in person with individuals and groups. The incumbent is required to read and respond
to documents in hard copy and electronic form and be able to distinguish colors. The
incumbent will occasionally carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs., use stairs when needed,
and have the ability to bend, squat, climb, reach.
