You will also ensure that all documentation is accurately managed and updated on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance across the team. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success and efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage the Service Coordinator team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ensure all team members maintain consistent communication with patients and caregivers through email, phone, and quarterly visits.
• Oversee and manage compliance and documentation processes, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Train and mentor Service Coordinators to improve efficiency and performance.
