Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $22.23 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Bilingual Service Coordinator - Oxnard, CAPay: $22-$25 per hour (depending on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMStatus: Temporary assignment through approximately October/NovemberInterviewing Immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate field and shop technicians to assigned jobs.
• Manage and update service work orders, track work-in-progress (WIP), and help move jobs to completion.
• Reconcile technician time between Kronos and DBS systems.
• Provide daily updates to customers and communicate work order status internally.
• Order Caterpillar parts and coordinate with internal parts departments or outside vendors.
• Prepare Time & Material estimates and support timely invoicing.
• Approve technician part purchases and assist with job-related expenses when needed.
• Obtain customer payment methods and assist with collections to prevent write-offs.
• Maintain a general understanding of machine and weld shop product support.
• Support other branches as needed.

Preferred Background

• Service coordinator or dispatcher experience.
• Heavy equipment, construction equipment, rental equipment, or diesel service environment experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service department.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience or training
