What You Will Do - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and form submissions
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently based on location and workload
- Monitor technicians and drivers to ensure on time performance and productivity
- Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
- Pull electrical permits
- Enter and manage job information within company software systems
- Keep operations organized and running smoothly throughout the day
What We Are Looking For - Previous ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or dispatching preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
