Job Title: Business Advisory Associate
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract
What are we looking for:
Primary skill - Automotive Technician or Mechanic - P4 Secondary skill - Automotive Dealers - P4 .Skill Required: Supply Chain - Automotive After Sales (P4 ).Qualification: High School Diploma GED .Roles and Responsibilities: Provide automotive resolution through a defined six step diagnostic process Technical support to group members to Quality, Engineering, Technical Advisors as requested Communicate product issues to Quality, Engineering, Technical Advisors, as requested Provide information, data and direction using all tools available Research database for relevant automotive product details and repair information Perform follow ups on existing tickets and close tickets once resolution is reached.Location: Detroit.Lang: English (C2 ), Spanish (B2 ), French (B2 ).
