POSITION PURPOSE:
The Service Delivery Dispatch Scheduler I is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field technicians to support customer
installation orders and service requests. This role ensures efficient daily dispatching, accurate scheduling, and clear
communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or in a related coordination role preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate dispatching and scheduling
systems
- Demonstrated data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with sound judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLILITES:
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians to daily worksites for equipment installations and service calls
- Coordinate technician assignments for project-based installation work
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and non-emergency service requests
- Receive and manage incoming service calls, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates within systems and scheduling tools
- Organize and manage service records, files, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide technicians with necessary job details, research, and support to ensure successful service delivery
- Collaborate with service teams, office staff, and management to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support a
positive team environment
