Service Delivery Leader for AI-Led Digital Transformation
(Solution Engineering & Delivery Ownership)

Location: Customer Site - Austin
We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Leader for AI-Led
Digital Transformation to own a customer delivery portfolio and serve as
the key onsite interface between customer stakeholders and distributed delivery
teams.
Reporting into Delivery Operations, this role operates
across Customer Delivery, Solution Engineering, AI/Data, Architecture,
Presales, and Growth functions.
The primary accountability is delivery and value realization—translating
customer priorities into executable plans, shaping solution designs, mobilizing
capabilities, and driving initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role, with
strong emphasis on building solutions and driving delivery rather than
coordination or governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Delivery & Portfolio Leadership
– Primary Accountability
- Own execution, health, and outcomes
of the assigned customer portfolio.
- Act as onsite delivery lead and
trusted customer interface.
- Translate priorities into clear
deliverables, plans, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
- Drive execution through distributed
teams ensuring quality, speed, and commitment adherence.
- Identify and resolve risks,
dependencies, and delivery gaps proactively.
- Improve productivity, quality,
automation, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure rapid conversion of customer
feedback into delivery actions.
2. AI-Led Digital Transformation & Solution
Design
- Identify and shape AI-led
transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
- Translate business problems into scalable
solution designs using GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and
analytics.
- Lead solution discovery, workshops,
architecture discussions, and blueprinting.
- Build transformation roadmaps
linking business goals, architecture, delivery, and value realization.
- Drive lifecycle: discovery
design PoC implementation adoption value realization.
- Ensure solutions are viable,
scalable, and outcome-aligned.
3. Solution Engineering, Presales & Growth
Support
- Lead solution engineering between
customers and delivery teams.
- Develop solution concepts,
architectures, POVs, business cases, roadmaps, and SOW inputs.
- Partner with Presales, Sales, and
Delivery leadership on new opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities from
delivery insights.
- Support RFPs, proposals, workshops,
estimations, and presentations.
- Convert delivery success into
reusable solutions and new business opportunities.
4. Customer Integration & Executive
Stakeholder Management
- Bridge onsite customer stakeholders
and distributed delivery teams.
- Translate decisions, priorities,
and expectations into execution plans.
- Ensure risks, constraints, and
recommendations are clearly communicated.
- Drive a high-velocity operating
model converting discussions into actions and timelines.
- Align Delivery, AI/Data,
Architecture, Presales, and Growth teams.
- Build credibility through delivery
outcomes and solution expertise.
- Lead executive discussions on
progress, risks, and value realization.
- Present roadmaps, solutions, and
business cases to senior leadership.
Deliverable-Oriented Leadership
Success in this role is defined by what is designed, delivered,
and the value created.

The role requires hands-on ownership of these deliverables while
leveraging distributed teams for scale.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- 15–17 years in technology services,
consulting, or digital delivery.
- Strong customer-facing delivery
leadership in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing
multi-team portfolios.
- Strong understanding of AI,
GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, data, analytics, and cloud.
- Demonstrated strength in solution
design and engineering.
- Ability to convert business
problems into executable solutions.
- Experience with
distributed/offshore delivery models.
- Strong executive communication and
facilitation skills.
- Commercial understanding of SOWs,
estimation, and value realization.
