Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Service Delivery Manager to join their team in a
remote role.
The Service Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison between the business and IT operations, ensuring technology services are delivered effectively, securely, and in alignment with business requirements. This role oversees end-user computing (EUC) operations, service delivery performance, compliance initiatives, technology deployments, and stakeholder communications across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT service teams
Ensure service delivery meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations
Manage and communicate IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and operational changes
Coordinate technology rollouts, testing, patching, and implementation activities
Drive incident resolution, escalation management, and continuous service improvement
Monitor security and compliance requirements and support audit activities
Track operational metrics, risks, issues, and project milestones, providing regular status updates to leadership
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and managed service partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, service reports, and operational dashboards
Lead stakeholder communications regarding outages, maintenance windows, and service enhancements
Promote a customer-focused culture emphasizing responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, service management, infrastructure operations, or end-user computing
ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred
Experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management platforms preferred
ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience preferred
Security compliance and audit experience preferred
Knowledge of asset management, service reporting, and operational metrics preferred
Experience managing service delivery in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, problem management, and change management
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
Strong project coordination and vendor management skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between
$56.96 - $75.94 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
