Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)

Salary Range: $40 - $50/hr on W2/C2C all inclusive
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux and DevOps, with experience managing large, distributed teams and a deep understanding of ITIL-based service management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Linux and DevOps.
- Broad exposure to Windows, Network, DBA, Storage & Backup platforms.
- Practical experience or working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience managing large, distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Technical leadership in Linux and DevOps platforms.
- Experience in architectural and troubleshooting guidance for complex infrastructure issues.
- Experience in automation, monitoring, and configuration management practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Linux and DevOps platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Provide architectural and troubleshooting guidance for complex infrastructure issues.
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned scope, including operations, escalations, and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs across onshore and offshore teams.
- Provide oversight and coordination across multiple infrastructure towers.
- Support data center-related audits, capacity planning, and infrastructure assessments.
- Serve as the primary onshore interface for customers and senior stakeholders.
