Support retail stores in Northern California as a Service & Delivery Technician I, with up to 25% travel and occasional overnight stays.
Assist with installing and maintaining hardware such as desktops, servers, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
Manage equipment inventory and support IT deployments and store remodels.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), 1+ years of experience with retail systems and hardware, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
