Puente Hills Nissan is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Service Department Appointment Center Representative (BDC) to join our growing team.
This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, answering inbound inquiries, following up on missed opportunities, and helping maintain strong communication between customers and the service department.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently and accurately
Follow up with customers regarding declined services, missed appointments, and future maintenance needs
Assist in maintaining service appointment flow and advisor scheduling
Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates
Deliver a high-level customer experience with professionalism and urgency
Accurately document customer interactions in dealership systems
Assist with survey follow-up and customer retention efforts
Help support dealership KPI/CSI objectives and manufacturer customer satisfaction goals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Comfortable handling phones, texting, and email communication
Basic computer skills required
Automotive dealership or BDC experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
