As our Service Department Receptionist, YOU will answer our phones and direct those calls as needed. YOU will also greet every person who comes through those doors with positive energy, ready to help, and make each person feel right at home! As the primary point of contact for the overall dealership, YOU set the tone by being an outstanding listener and a trusted source of information. YOU will learn the names of our team members at the dealership and the departments where they work, getting them as quickly as possible for new and/or returning customers. There are also administrative duties that each Receptionist will learn and will be required to complete during each shift, and we know that YOU can do it! Your weekly schedule will be as follows:
Monday thru Friday: 2PM - 6PM
Every Saturday: 8AM - 5PM

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, etc.). Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
