Position involves all aspects of the service and repair of motors, reducer and adjustable speed drives. Other processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping /receiving and general clean up.  

Pay Range: $21/hr - $24/hr

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.

Shift: 1st

Education: Mechanical Aptitude required and experience in Mechatronics.

TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:

• Experience in the diagnosis and repair of industrial electric motors, gear reducers and adjustable frequency drives (mechatronics).
• Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble gear drives and motors. 
• Ability to work within an SAP computer environment• Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner. 
• Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
 

TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position:

• Hand repair and assembly of gear motors, servo motors, reducers, and adjustable speed drives, putting up restock inventory, parts pulling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.
• Use hand tools for assembly and disassembly.
• Must visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites in a field service role. 
• Must comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions for job, all Company Safety rules, and all other    Company rules, policies and procedures.
