Responsibilities and Duties
The Service Supervisor is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibility.
Candidate communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mind.
The Service Supervisor is responsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process as low as possible.
With assistance from the support staff, the Service Supervisor provides timely and accurate invoices to customers.
He/she is also responsible for the human resources within the department, with a focus of maintaining a high level of technician productivity, efficiency, and safety.
The individual recommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assets.
Qualifications
High school diploma, college, and/or tech school helpful.
Three or more years of experience with earth moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position.
Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Positive attitude, problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and DOT Drug Test
