Location: Niagara, NY
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
Duration: 12-month contract
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for end users. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and desktop issues, manage help desk tickets, perform password resets, software installations, and provide remote support while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
4+ years of IT Help Desk/Service Desk experience
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10, MS Office/O365, Outlook, Active Directory, VPN, printers, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
Experience with remote support, RDP, password resets, software installations, and ticketing systems (Footprints or similar)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Associate degree in Information Systems (Bachelor's preferred)
