YOUR SCHEDULE
This part-time customer service position requires flexibility, with shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and on Saturdays. You will work onsite at our St. Louis campus.
YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR:
As a part-time Service Desk Coordinator, you will greet and accommodate guests who call, text, or enter the school, making a memorable first impression every day. You will participate in assisting and mentoring our Future Professionals as they observe and learn the systems required for a smooth guest service experience, from check-in to check-out. You will handle phone systems, manage cash drawers, schedule guest appointments, and support a positive learning environment for all who enter our campus.
