Service Desk Representative

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Representative to support daily operations.

Job Description:

Respond to and resolve issues reported through phone, email, or chat.

Adhere to and execute against processes and procedures as well as reference the knowledge base (KB) as needed to expedite resolution times.

Support the Help Desk supervisors with the maintenance and utilization of the (KB) articles.
