Are you the go-to person when technology breaks? We're looking for a Service Desk Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the face of IT, you'll help employees stay productive by troubleshooting issues, deploying technology, and serving as the bridge between technical solutions and business users.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications
• Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices
• Deploy and configure PCs, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Office 365, hardware, and basic network connectivity issues
• Manage and document support tickets while meeting SLA expectations
• Track and maintain IT assets, inventory, and equipment lifecycle
• Assist with technology rollouts, security initiatives, and IT projects
• Partner with employees across all departments to minimize downtime and improve the user experience

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, PC setup, and imaging
• Basic networking and mobile device support experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with ITSM tools
• Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, ACSP, or related certifications

Compensation:

The Hourly range for this position is from $30 to $35, depending on experience.
