What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Manage work orders, data entry, and daily service logs
- Assist with general office support tasks as needed
