What You’ll Do:<\/b>

• <\/span>Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.

• <\/span>Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Use your logistics knowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience, to keep operations running smoothly.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Handle time management with precision, ensuring that all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Work closely with the service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
