Compensation & Benefits
Spectrum AC offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience. This full-time position provides stable weekday scheduling with occasional after-hours or weekend coverage during high-demand periods.

About the Role
As an HVAC Service Dispatcher, you will serve as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, service managers, and leadership. You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching service and installation appointments, managing technician routes, making real-time schedule adjustments, and ensuring daily operations remain efficient and profitable. Your ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company revenue.
What You'll Do
Schedule and assign service calls based on technician skill level, geographic efficiency, and job urgency while actively monitoring daily progress. Communicate consistently with technicians and leadership, adjust schedules in real time, reduce downtime and drive time, manage emergency scheduling changes, maintain accurate dispatch records, and support operational goals through strategic scheduling decisions.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with prior dispatching or scheduling experience, ideally within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of managing a high-volume workflow while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, customer service mindset, and experience with CRM or service management software are essential.
