HVAC Project Manager
Receive and manage incoming customer service requests and support inquiries. Gather troubleshooting details and create accurate service tickets within company systems. Dispatch HVAC technicians and coordinate service schedules. Track open service tickets, backlog activity, and repair progress. Coordinate equipment, materials, parts orders, and vendor deliveries. Support estimating efforts by obtaining subcontractor and vendor pricing. Assist with proposal preparation, project planning, and bid support. Perform takeoffs and other project coordination tasks. Monitor proposal activity and track awarded projects. Maintain visibility into parts lead times, schedules, and project milestones. Collaborate with service technicians, project teams, office staff, vendors, and customers. Provide operational support across commercial and residential HVAC service and construction projects.

Experience within the HVAC industry, either commercial, residential, or both. Background in service dispatching, service coordination, project coordination, estimating, or assistant project management. Experience using at least one of the following systems: FOUNDATION, Procore, or Sage. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work full-time in an office environment. Experience coordinating technicians, service requests, materials, vendors, or subcontractors. Experience supporting HVAC construction and installation projects. Estimating and proposal development experience. Experience tracking equipment, materials, project schedules, and subcontractor activity. Interest in growing into expanded Project Management and Estimating responsibilities.
