Location Irving, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $21.00/hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT: This role supports the daily operations of the Facilities team by ensuring maintenance requests and vendor communications are handled accurately and efficiently. Success is measured by timely ticket resolution, clean system data, and consistent follow-up with vendors. The role helps maintain operational continuity across multiple sites by serving as a central point of coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor information with a high degree of accuracy across systems such as FEXA and ServiceNow.
• Coordinate vendor outreach and follow-up to confirm service completion, service quality, and invoice submission.
• Monitor maintenance tickets to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records, including work orders, service documentation, and vendor communications.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or missing information related to maintenance activity.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, maintenance coordination, or a related clerical role.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems, with proven attention to detail.
Core Tools & Systems
• FEXA (facilities and maintenance management system)
• ServiceNow (ticketing and workflow management)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Data entry and document management systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting facilities management, property maintenance, or vendor coordination functions.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
