Shifts/Pay

Contract/short term position, 2-3 months, possible hire at end of assignment

Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, in office

$31-$33 hr

What You'll Do

• Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
• Receives incoming customer calls reporting repair issues needed for commercial trash and waste compactors.
• Assists customers with troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues.
• Communicates with network of repair techs and manages all communications between customer and technician until equipment is fixed.
• Documents in CRM database.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of Customer Service phone experience
• Microsoft Outlook
• CRM experience (preferrable Salesforce)
• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated and strong team player in a fast-paced growth environment

Preferred:

Previous Dispatch experience

Previous Trash/waste industry experience

Accounting software experience
