What You''ll Do
Answer incoming customer calls
Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians
Keep customers informed on appointments and job status
Process invoices, service records, and timecards
Follow up on pending jobs and customer satisfaction
What We''re Looking For
2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
