The Service Drive Upgrade Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers who are visiting the service department and identifying opportunities to upgrade their current vehicle. This role focuses on building relationships, evaluating customer needs, and presenting upgrade options that improve their driving experience. This is an entry-level sales position with strong earning potential and growth opportunities within the dealership.

Salary Range
Depending on job performance, the Upgrade Service Specialist compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Pay Defined: The Upgrade Sales Specialist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
